Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents and consult clients with the focus on corporate and security matters including general corporate, foreign direct investment in Asian countries, SEC filings for investors and companies, corporate governance matters especially on the companies that has their operation in Asian market. Salary: $143,998/year.
Requirements:
Master of Laws (LLM) or JD degree required. NY State Law License required. Two years of experience as lawyer in corporate or investment area required.
